At Luxe Skin Cosmetics, we carefully curate skincare products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
