We partner with a fulfillment center to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping (U.S.):
Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing.

Express Shipping (U.S.):
Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after processing.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delays or Lost Packages

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

A package may be considered lost if it has not arrived within:

  • 10 business days (U.S.) after expected delivery
  • 21 business days (international) after shipment

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
